*PREORDERED TAXICAB SERVICE
Customers a can preorder a taxicab ride by placing a “Time Order”. Time orders are great for people needing to schedule a specific pick up time such as travelers going to the airport, train or bus station. Time orders can also be placed by customers who use a taxi on a recurring basis and need to get picked up at the same time every trip such as people going to work, school or appointments. Time orders can be scheduled up to one week in advance.
To maximize your taxicab service experience, when placing a time order for preordered taxi service, remember these few tips:
- Be sure to schedule your pick time far enough in advance to allow you to get to your destination on time. Weather conditions, traffic volume and service demands will all affect your travel and service time.
- Be sure you are ready to go at the time you asked to be picked up.
- Know the exact address for your pick up location.
- Give the operator your telephone number.
- Notify the operator how you are paying for the ride.

*WHEELCHAIR VAN SERVICE
Unlike most other transportation services in Milwaukee, all of our wheelchair vans at American United are single-rider vans. That means you are the only passenger onboard allowing you to travel on your own schedule.
While wheelchair vans can be ordered as a demand response ride, we strongly recommend that you call at least 24 hrs in advance to schedule a time for pickup.
